This media helps them practically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The Levant includes several countries in the Middle East. It has a total population of nearly seventy million, but only 6% are Christian. The area has been plagued by violence for many years, leaving many traumatized and in poverty.
Awaken works with a local production ministry to create media that meets both spiritual and psychological needs.
This series aims to teach kids practical morality using the Bible. There are segments that teach Bible stories, focusing on the regions in the Middle East where the historic Biblical events took place. There are other segments that put music to Bible verses to help kids memorize scripture, and a lot more.
Awaken has worked with a local production company in the region to produce a 3 episode series highlighting the life of prominent Arab Christians from the past, shedding light on the rich history of Christianity in the region.
